Another Gloomy Day

Another gloomy day and not quite sure I'll be setting foot in the garden.  Yesterday's soaking rain invigorated all the plants and, with the warm weather expected tomorrow, we should see rapid growth over the next week.

Rain or not, more strawberries were ready to harvest.  They were well protected under netting and I was able to harvest over five pounds of beautiful, bright red strawberries.  Anyone for strawberry shortcake tonight?

I also harvested beautiful, large leaved mint, zaatar and oregano and they're now in the dehydrator.

Mint - especially useful in a Mediterranean kitchen.
